Across veterinary medicine, people are promoted for their clinical skill and then left to figure out leadership on their own. The result is talented managers who feel stuck, teams who feel unheard, and practices that lose good people they never wanted to lose.
Maria knows that story from the inside. She started at the front desk, earned her first leadership role at 16, and spent years leading on instinct before frameworks like DiSC gave her the language for what she was already doing.
